Where can I use my FUELmax Fuelcards?
You can choose between 4,590 outlets around Australia! FUELmax Fuelcards are accepted at all BP, Caltex, Shell and Puma service stations, plus Woolworths/Safeway and Coles Express. That’s up to 75% of all service stations in Australia! You can choose the networks that suit you best.
What fees or charges apply when I open an account?
No joining fee, set up fee, or card issue fees apply when you open a new FUELmax account. We only charge a tax-deductible fee of $1.00 per week for each vehicle or driver card. Learn more about our competitive pricing and payment terms.
What sort of reports can I get access to and do they cost extra?
Our comprehensive reports include GST and are free of charge to all account holders. Learn more.
How do I order another set of FUELmax Fuelcards for an additional vehicle on my account?
Just phone 1300 152 545 and we’ll arrange new cards for you, or download our client order / adjustment form and fax to
07 3420 5677. Remember to quote your FUELmax account number.
I’ve lost my FUELmax Fuelcards! How do I replace them?
Phone 1300 152 545 as soon as you can. We will cancel your cards immediately and order replacements for you. Please
note that a small replacement fee applies.
I’ve forgotten my PIN number. What do I do?
Phone 1300 152 545. After verifying that you are the card holder, we will reset your PIN straight away.
I’ve changed my bank account or credit card. How do I update my payment details?
Phone 1300 152 545 and let us know the new details. Have your FUELmax account number ready.
